WGSP exists to support the people who make schools work. We are a schools-led partnership focused on creating space for reflection, learning and professional connection across West Gloucestershire.

Our work is shaped by the real challenges faced by schools every day. We bring colleagues together to think deeply, share honestly and develop practical approaches that make a difference in classrooms, leadership teams and governing bodies. Everything we do is grounded in experience, not theory.

Above all, WGSP is about relationships — between schools, professionals and communities — and using those relationships to strengthen education for children across our area.
