Think Digital for School Leadership
This full-day training session is designed to challenge and inspire school leaders to reimagine their approach to digital strategy, leadership, and school improvement through the lens of technology. Focused on vision-building, change management, and strategic thinking, this session empowers leaders to embrace the role of EdTech as a driver for whole-school transformation.
Through a blend of interactive activities, collaborative problem-solving, and practical leadership tasks, participants will explore how to shape a compelling digital vision, align it with school priorities, and lead teams through change with clarity and purpose. Using real-life case studies, guided reflection, and hands-on exploration of digital tools, school leaders will examine the impact of effective technology integration on teaching, learning, and outcomes.
This high-impact, engaging session supports leaders in shifting their perspective from simply adopting tools to embedding a culture of innovation. By the end of the day, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their school’s digital potential, a roadmap for strategic implementation, and the confidence to lead meaningful, future-focused digital change.
