TWILIGHT
ICT Leads Meetup
This 1–2 hour twilight session series, held several times a year, is designed to support ICT leads from primary and secondary schools in exploring key topics related to digital strategy, technology management, and school improvement. Each session focuses on a specific theme such as infrastructure planning, digital safeguarding, EdTech integration, or managing change providing a focused space for practical discussion and shared learning.
As the facilitator, I will guide conversations and share effective practices from schools successfully navigating digital challenges. Participants will collaborate to problem-solve, exchange ideas, and reflect on how to enhance their school’s digital environment to better support teaching, learning, and operations.
These sessions aim to build confidence, broaden perspectives, and empower ICT leads to drive impactful digital initiatives. Attendees will leave each session with actionable insights and strategies they can implement within their schools to improve efficiency, security, and innovation.
