We have very recently started working with a renowned School Improvement Advisor that works with all of our WGSP member schools. 

This service is a value added item to your membership with us, and as such should be utilised to it's full potential.

Our offer of fully funded sessions will give you a workable plan for your school and its incredible teaching staff, enabling you all to work towards a long term goal and achieve job satisfaction and a positive work environment.

We hold sessions for Leaders, Middle Leaders, SEND Leaders and much more. Personal development as well as Management plans help to keep you in focus of your aims and objectives.

About our School Improvement Advisor.....

​

Jen Edwards is an experienced School Improvement Advisor.

She provides high quality training and quality assurance to a large number

of schools and two multi-academy trusts. She also provides NPQEL

mentoring support to Headteachers.

​

Jen is a Lead Inspector for Ofsted. She has also had several leadership

positions in primary, special schools and alternative provisions, including both

residential and non-residential special schools and the independent school sector.

Her specialist areas are SEND, Leaderships, Self-evaluation and Curriculum design.
